Procurement Services


Procurement Services provides comprehensive procurement services to the University of Wisconsin comprehensive institutions and administrative units based on individual institutional needs, whether due to staff vacancies, extended leaves of absence, or other capacity issues. Services range from on-demand assistance for contract review, negotiation and signature to Request for Bids (RFBs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Purchase Order approval, or staff augmentation including full, ongoing Procurement support. Use of this service is optional and work performed is based on the level of services requested. 

Additional Information

Cost: Procurement Services are available through three delivery and cost models, depending on the need of the services requested: 

  • Full Service Annual Subscription Fee
  • Annual Retainer Fee
  • Weekly Ad-Hoc Fee

Participation: Optional for comprehensive institutions
